FIND YOUR ROLE
Senior Advisor
Our Senior Advisors serve as the primary point of contact for many of our students and families. With years of experience working directly with students, they provide personalized guidance across every step of the admissions journey, from building a balanced college list to refining essays and preparing applications.
There is a large emphasis on building strong relationships, tailoring strategies to each student’s goals, and providing consistent, thoughtful support throughout the high school journey. They also collaborate closely with our broader team to ensure every student has access to the right resources at the right time.
Specialty Advisor
Our Specialty Advisors bring focused expertise in key areas of the application process, such as academics, extracurricular strategy, and essay development. They work alongside our Senior Advisors and Admissions Officers to provide additional depth and targeted support where students need it most.
The key is to provide additional depth and targeted support, with each advisor bringing expertise in one or more specialized areas such as: pre-med, STEM, engineering, business, and other academic and career-focused pathways.
Admissions Officer
Our Admissions Officers offer students a rare insider perspective. With professional experience working in college admissions, they understand exactly how applications are evaluated and what stands out in a competitive pool.
They work closely with students in our most comprehensive programs, serving as an additional layer of expert support alongside the Senior Advisor to provide strategic insights, conduct in-depth application reviews, and guide students in presenting their strongest, most authentic selves. Their expertise helps families navigate an increasingly complex admissions landscape with clarity and confidence.
Diamond & Pinnacle Admissions Officer
At the highest level, our Diamond and Pinnacle Admissions Officers lead these packages, bringing extensive experience from highly selective institutions.They partner closely with a small group of students, offering deeply personalized, high-touch guidance throughout the entire admissions process.
Their approach combines strategic insight with a nuanced understanding of top-tier admissions, helping students craft compelling applications that reflect both achievement and authenticity.
